Dear all

Over the past couple of days I have sent quite a few detailed emails. The purpose was to draw together individual conversations and build a foundation for developing the project. However, it was pointed out that it's still difficult to understand what exactly the project will provide. I'm sorry. In seeking to summarize everything I probably swamped everyone with too much detail.

To help correct my error - and with the very useful advice of Noriaki San - please find attached a bird's eye overview of this project entitled "OpenRelief in 20 Seconds." I hope you find it useful. Later I will make a bigger presentation going into more detail about the tools, the transports systems and what it will all look like.

In the meantime if you could begin sharing your experience, thoughts and comments regarding your area of interest - whether Open Hardware, PR, UX or software math - it would be invaluable to help turn our ideas into a working solution by June.

Regards

Shane
